Users can book the resources that are available and set as visible on your Nexudus Spaces account via the space website. Members, contacts or guests can request a new booking or cancel a booking they have already made, as long as your cancellation policy allows them to do so. If you would like more information about how they work, go to the Bookings section on the Nexudus Spaces Knowledge Base. The calendar also displays the events posted via the Nexudus Spaces dashboard. Remember that events can only be posted by Administrator Users who have access to the dashboard. Everyone else will only be able to view them or buy tickets via the space website.
Users can access the calendar on the space website via [YourSpaceName] > Bookings.
- The bookings calendar view shows the current day and the resources available by default. You can also view the calendar by week or by month (1), or select the day using the arrows at the top right of the screen (2).
To make a booking, the user just has to click on the calendar day of the booking. If they want to view an event's details, they can click on the event for more information.
The month view is displayed as a grid and includes bookings and events. If a user would like to make a booking, they just have to click on the calendar day of the booking. If they want to view an event's details, they can click on the event for more information.
- A filter can be applied to the calendar for a given resource, so that only the bookings for that resource are displayed. The user only has to select the resource they want to view from the Resources drop-down menu.
- The resource and events tags appear at the bottom of the calendar. They are in different colours so they can be understood more easily.
