The first step to personalising your Nexudus Spaces account is choosing a logo for your space. This image will be displayed on your space website. What's more, Nexudus Spaces takes the main colour and applies it to the other screen elements. Your logo will also be included on your invoices and any notification emails you send from the platform.

Adding your logo from the dashboard

There are two ways you can upload your logo from the dashboard.

  1. You can upload your logo from the First Steps window located on the dashboard home pageThis window is displayed automatically the first time you log in to Nexudus Spaces. You can access this window at any time using the Help button located in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Within the help window, click on Choose a logo for your space.

  • Lastly, click on Upload File and choose a logo from the files on your computer.

  • If you would like to see what your logo looks like, click on the space website button in the top right corner of the dashboard screen.

You will see that the main colour of the logo that you uploaded has been applied to the rest of the template elements, such as the buttons, headers, etc.

To make sure your logo is viewed correctly in the navigation bar, we recommend setting the dimensions to 225 pixels wide x 60 pixels high. You should use .png files with a transparent background so that the logo integrates seamlessly.

  1. You can upload your logo by accessing your space details via System > Spaces > View this record's details > Settings on the bottom part of the screen.

  • Then, complete the process by clicking on Upload File, and choose the image file from your computer.

Remember that you can access all of your space website template files from the dashboard. You can therefore edit how your logo is displayed using a css.css file and how it is used as a dynamic field in personal pages using {% Url Business, GetLogo %} You can find more advanced options like this one in the template editor section.
