Space Settings Accessing general space settings 

Click on the Space Settings tab on the dashboard to access the Space Settings section. 

 

 

 

In this section, you'll find the general options for billing, bookings, features, access rights, integrations, etc. We're going to explain each of them in more detail below. 

Billing 

In this section, you can add your coworking space's billing details (company name, address, fiscal number, etc.), which will be used in the billing operations you carry out from your Nexudus Spaces account. 

  • Billing - Billing details

Field
Description
NameThe company name you want to use for the billing operations you carry out from your Nexudus Spaces account.
Address

The address you want to include on the invoices that are raised from your Nexudus Spaces account.

CityEnter the name of the city you want to include on invoices raised by your Nexudus Spaces account.
Post codeEnter the post code you want to use for billing operations.
CountrySelect the country you want to use for billing operations from the drop-down list.
PhoneEnter the telephone number you want to include on your Nexudus Spaces invoices.
FaxEnter the fax number you want to include on your Nexudus Spaces invoices.
Tax ID / Number / CodeEnter your coworking space's registered VAT number in this field. It will be used in the billing operations you carry out from your Nexudus Spaces account, and will be included on the invoices we raise for your Nexudus Spaces subscription.

 

  • Billing - Billing details

Field
Description
Include Product NotesEnable this option if you want the Notes that you include when you sell a Product to be added on the invoice when raised.
Include Extra Services NotesEnable this option to include the notes that you add to extra services on invoices.
Include Charges NotesEnable this option if you want to include the notes you add to Charges created for members on invoices.
Include Time Pass NotesEnable this option if you want to display the notes you add to Time Passes on invoices.
Include Booking Credit UsageEnable this option if you want to display members' Credit Usage on invoices.
Include Booking NotesEnable this option if you want to display booking notes on invoices. Notes that are displayed in this field are public, unlike the private ones that can only be seen by administrator users via the dashboard.
  • Billing - Tax

 


Bookings 

In this section, you can configure the general Booking settings on your Nexudus Spaces account. 

  • Bookings - Notifications

Field

Description

Send Email Confirmation

Enable this option if you want to send a confirmation email every time someone requests a Booking via the space website. Remember that you can customise the email template via System > Email Templates.

Send Reminder

If you enable this option a reminder is sent to the person that made the booking before it starts.

Generate and Send Network Access Token

Enable this option if your Nexudus Spaces account is integrated with your coworking space's Wi-Fi network and you want to generate an internet Access Token for the person that requested a booking. This code will be sent in the booking confirmation email. If you have had your Nexudus Spaces account for a while, we may need to update your email template for you. Contact us at support@nexudus.com


  • Bookings - Notifications

Field

Description

Charge Bookings Immediately

Charges bookings (uses or adds an extra service) to a user immediately after they are requested. This option can only be used for bookings made from the members’ area on the space website. If you have more than one extra service for a given resource type, make sure you mark one as the default price. If you don't, users will not be able to book that resource type.

Do not charge Bookings Automatically

Bookings are charged automatically about 10 minutes after they finish. Enable this option if you need to charge bookings manually.

Consider Booking Credit In Price Preview

Indicates if the booking credit available the moment a booking is requested, is considered when displaying the booking price. For example, if a booking is $10 and the user has $25 in credit, the displayed price will be $0.

Use credit for booking products

Allows the coworker to use any booking credit available, not to only pay for resource usage but also for any products requested as part of that booking.

  • Bookings - Guest bookings

Field

Description

Allow guest bookings

Allows guests to quickly create a contact account with basic details in order to be able to make a booking without having to choose a price plan or go through the member signup process.

Do not send Welcome Email to Guests 

When a booking is made by a guest, a contact is created on your account and the guest receives an email with their access details. Enable this option if you do not want this message to be sent to guests. If you enable this option, keep in mind that you will have to manually create the user account for the guest.

Cancel Unpaid Contact Bookings

Cancels unpaid bookings 15 minutes after they were requested. Only applies to bookings made by those users who are not subscribed to a price plan and if the booking is requested online.

Cancel Unpaid Member Bookings

Cancels unpaid bookings 15 minutes after they were requested. Only applies to bookings made by those users who are subscribed to a price plan and if the booking is requested online.

Cancel Unpaid Bookings After (minutes)

If any of the options to cancel unpaid bookings are enabled, this field sets how many minutes to wait before cancelling the booking.


  • Bookings - Notifications

Use the Connect with Google Calendar button to sync your Nexudus Spaces account with your Google calendar. This syncing is bidirectional, meaning that when a request is made via Google, it will be synced with your Nexudus Spaces calendar and vice versa.

  • Bookings - Tablets with room access

These fields control the use of the app for making bookings linked to your Nexudus Spaces account.

 

Field

Description

Don't ask for a password when requesting booking

Enable this option if you don't want the booking app to request a password from members when they make a booking using the tablet.

Show access code field

Enable this option to display the access code in this field on the app for tablets linked to your Nexudus Spaces account.

 


Features 

In this section, you can control different settings for basic features on your Nexudus Spaces account, such as the blog, check-in, selling products, etc. 

  • Features - Blog

Field

Description

Enabled

Enable this option if you want to enable the Blog on your Nexudus Spaces account. It will be shown on the space website.

Allow Comments

Enable this option so that space members can comment on posts published on the Blog.

Auto approve comments

Enable this option if you want to automatically approve comments made by users. This means that they do not need to be approved via the dashboard.

  • Features - Check-In System

In this section, you can configure the different settings for the Check-In module on your Nexudus Spaces account. 

Field

Description

Disable Auto Check-In

Enable this option if you do not want to automatically check in users recognised by the Wi-Fi network. They will therefore be asked to enter their details every time they access the network.

Email users before they run out of credit

Enable this option so that the platform automatically notifies users before they run out of credit on their account.

Notify when falling below this number of hours

When you enter a number in this field, users will be notified when they have fewer hours than said number in their account. For example, if you enter "10" in this field, the user will receive a notification when they have fewer than 10 hours credit to access the coworking space on their account.

Email users if they forget to check out

Users should check out when leaving the space. If they forget, we will send them an email at midnight reminding them about this.

Record Multiple Check-ins 

For a natural calendar day, Nexudus Spaces collects the information on the first and last check-ins made by the member for valid time passes. Enable this option if you want to save a record of all the times a member has checked in and out during the day.

Max. Number of Devices per User

If you want to limit the number of devices that a member can check in with, enter the number in this field. You can delete any of the devices from the member's account at any given time via System > User > Details > Status.

Daily Cut-off Time

For those time passes with no "Minutes Included", this value indicates what time of the day is considered the start and end of a 24-hour period. Use 24-hour format: "3" is 3AM and "15" is 3PM.

  • Features - Pay as You Go Access (PAYG)

Pay as you Go (PAYG) lets space members/contacts access the space regardless of whether they have a valid time pass as part of the price plan they are signed up to. They will pay depending on the total time they are in the space or a fixed price if you set it up like that in the settings. For more detailed information about Pay as you Go, visit the Knowledge Base section.

Description

Enable Pay as You Go Access

Enable this option if you want to use Pay As You Go (PAYG) in your coworking space. Remember that pay as you go is always linked to the Check-In module on your Nexudus Spaces account.

PAYG Time pass

Select the time pass that the Pay As You Go feature will use as reference. The PAYG feature behaves similarly to time passes. When they don't include a number of minutes, said pass will be used as a natural day.

PAYG Time pass for Contacts

If you want to use a specific Pay As You Go time pass for contacts, select it from the drop-down menu.

PAYG Time Pass for Members

If you want to use a specific Pay As You Go time pass for members, select it from the drop-down menu.

Do not include Booking Time

If a booking takes place during the time a user is checked in, enabling this option will discount the time of that booking off the check-in time. Only works if the Pay As You Go time pass includes a number of minutes.

Members Pay via Contract

Enable this option if you want members who are signed up to a contract to pay as they go via their contract. If not, they must pay for what they have used at the end of each daily session.

Daily Price Cap

Enter an amount in this field to set a cap on the amount that coworkers will be charged each day via pay as you go.


  • Features - Newsletters

Enable this option to automatically include members and contacts that sign up to your space on the newsletter lists.


Field

Description

Sign up new members/contacts to daily digest

Enable this option so that new members and contacts that sign up to your space automatically receive the community board daily digests.

Send to Members

When you enable this option, members will receive a summary with the latest news from the community board.

Send to Contacts

When you enable this option, contacts will receive a summary with the latest news from the community board.

Digest Email Subject Line

This field controls the subject line of the digest email sent via the dashboard. Edit the field if you want another email to be sent to users. Remember that dynamic values {0} (your space name) {1} (comment author) are read from the database on your Nexudus Spaces account and you must not delete them.

  • Features - Store

By default, members signed up to a price plan can purchase products and they will be invoiced with the following price plan invoice. Enable this option if you want to always raise an invoice after each purchase.

  • Features - Directory

This section controls the directory being published on the space website linked to your Nexudus Spaces account.

Field

Description

Directory Content

In this field, you can select the type of profile to display on the space website directory (Members, Teams or Members and Teams).

Which members to display

Choose the conditions under which a profile is published on the space website's directory. The options are as follows:

  • All published profiles (members and contacts). Select this option from the drop-down menu to display all members or contacts that have public profiles.
  • Published profiles in a price plan (members) - only display the members that have public profiles and are signed up to a price plan.
  • Everyone (members and contacts) - this option displays all profiles in the directory (members and contacts).
  • Every profile in a price plan (members) - displays all space members signed up to a price plan.

 

Display only this space

If you manage more than one coworking space from your Nexudus Spaces account, enable this option so only the one you're editing is displayed.

Profile tags list

It's a good idea to limit the number of tags that space members/contacts can choose when completing their profile. This helps make calendar searches and filtering more relevant. Write the tags you want users to choose from and separate them with commas.


  • Features - Security

Field

Description

Allow Password Reset

Enables space users to reset their password via the dashboard.

Auto-generate 5 digit Access Pin codes

Enable this option if you want to automatically generate and send the access codes that can be used for the iPad check-in app in the welcome email to Members and Contacts.

 


Space Website 

In this section, you can configure different Space Website settings. For more detailed information, go to the space website section on the Knowledge Base


Mobile App

In this section, you can configure some of the "Passport by Nexudus" iOS and Android app settings.

  • Mobile App - Available Sections


Field

Description

Enabled

If you disable this option, the mobile app will not be available on your Nexudus Spaces account.

Community Feed

Disable this option if you want to disable the Community Feed on the mobile app.

Directory

Disable this option if you don't want to show the directory on the mobile app.

Bookings

Disable this option if you do not want users to make bookings via the mobile app.

My Profile

Disable this option to disable the My Profile section on the mobile app.

  • Mobile App - Available Sections

As we've already mentioned, some of the mobile app features are white label, such as the layout colour. Enter the colour you want to use for the mobile app layout in this field. By default, the app takes on the main colour of the logo that you uploaded to your Nexudus Spaces account.

 

There are mobile app download links on each of the ( Android and iOS) buttons.

 


Access

In this section, you can set the access rights for each of the sections on your Nexudus Spaces space website. You can find more detailed information in the Access section of the Knowledge Base.


Integrations

  • Integrations - Social

You can add your social media profiles to your Nexudus Spaces account in this section.

Field

Description

Twitter Handle

Link your Twitter account by entering your Twitter handle in this field, without the "@" sign.

Flickr account

Enter your Flickr username in this field.

Facebook

Enter your Facebook account in this field so that it is displayed on your space website.

Google Analytics Account code

Enter the Google Analytics tracking code in this field to track how many visits are made to your space website.

Connect with Google Calendar

Click on the Connect with Google Calendar button if you want to link your Nexudus Spaces account with Google Calendar.

  • Integrations - Space Dashboard

Field

Description

Enabled

Enable this option if you want to use the Space Dashboard linked to your Nexudus Spaces account.

TwitterCounter Api Key

When you link your Twitter account with the dashboard, your Twitter followers will be displayed on the dashboard.

Twitter ID (not your Twitter Handle)

Enter the Twitter ID that you want to link to your account.

 

  • Integrations - Xero

This integration lets you connect your Xero account with Nexudus Spaces, making it easier to share data between the two platforms. For more detailed information, go to the Xero section on the Knowledge Base.

  • Integrations - MikroTik

Check-In via Wi-Fi on Nexudus Spaces can be performed using MikroTik devices (router). For more detailed information, go to the MikroTik section on the Knowledge Base.

  • Integrations - Zapier

When you link your Nexudus Spaces account with Zapier you can link with external apps like Zendesk, Trello, Slack, etc. You can access more detailed information about this integration in the Zapier section on the Knowledge Base.

  • Integrations - Webhooks

Webhooks let you link your Nexudus Spaces account with other apps and automate sending data from your Nexudus Spaces account. For more detailed information about them, go to the Webhooks section on the Knowledge Base.

  • Integrations - Ezeep

You can link your Nexudus Spaces account with Ezeep to manage printing in your space. For more details about this integration, go to the Ezeep section on the Knowledge Base.

  • Integrations - KISI

Integrating your Nexudus Spaces account with KISI will let you automate access control in your space. For more detailed information, go to the KISI section on the Knowledge Base.


Payments

In this section, you can configure different Payment settings.

  • Payments - General

In this section, you can set the payment rules for invoices that are raised from your Nexudus Spaces account.

 

Field

Description

Remind members to pay every

Enter the number of days that you would like to remind coworking space users that they have pending payments on their account.

Auto-collect payments after

This value sets the due date of new invoices this many days after they are created. You can set a value for each member or contact via their Billing details.

Create an Invoice per Space

Enable this option if you manage more than one coworking space with your Nexudus Spaces account. Those users that are registered in more than one space will receive an invoice from each of the spaces, instead of all the charges being grouped together on one invoice.

Payment Reference Format

You can find some local variants of the payment reference format in the drop-down menu.

  • Payments - Notifications

 

Field

Description

Notify new users when they have a new invoice

You can customise new invoice notifications for each member or contact. If you enable this field, this setting will only be active for new members or contacts that register on your account. I.e. if someone registers and this option is disabled, the "Notify on new invoice" setting will be disabled on their account.

Notify new users when an invoice is paid

You can customise notifications sent to members or contacts when an invoice payment is made successfully. This option only affects the default settings for new members and contacts that register on the platform.

Notify new users when a payment fails

You can customise notifications sent to members or contacts to notify when an invoice payment doesn't go through successfully. This option only affects the default settings for new members and contacts that register on the platform.

Send success Reports to

Enter an email address in this field if you would like to set an email for sending payment confirmation notifications.

Send failure Reports to

Enter an email address in this field if you would like to set an email for sending payment error notifications.

  • Payments - Currency

 

Field

Description

Payment Currency

If the currency you are using in your space for payments is different than the one set by default on your Nexudus Spaces account, choose it from the drop-down menu.

Exchange Rate

Enter the exchange rate that will be applied to the default currency on your Nexudus Spaces account and the one you want to use for payments.

  • Payments - Multigateway

 

Field

Description

Enabled

Enable this option if you want to use the payment gateways set up on your account via Billing > Payment Gateways. When this option is enabled, said gateways will be used to process the payments on your account.

Remember that using payment gateways on your Nexudus Spaces account is associated with a monthly maintenance cost.

Keep payment card on file for contacts

Enable this option to keep a payment card on file for contacts.

Keep payment card on file for members

Enable this option to keep a payment card on file for members.

 

  • Payments - Integrations

In the following sections, you can configure the details related to automatically integrating your Nexudus Spaces account with different payment providers. For more detailed information about the different options available on Nexudus Spaces, go to the Payments section on the Knowledge Base.

  • Payments - Bank Payments

Fill in these fields to integrate ePay with your Nexudus Spaces account.

  • Payments - Bank Details

Fill in these fields if you want to include your bank account details on the invoices generated on your Nexudus Spaces account.

Bank Name

Fill in this field with your bank name.

Bank Code

Enter the SWIFT code of the bank account you want to include on your Nexudus Spaces invoices.

Sort Code

Enter the sort code of the bank account you want to include on your Nexudus Spaces invoices.

Account Number

Enter the account number that you want to display on the invoices raised by your Nexudus Spaces account.

 


Email Server

In this section, you can configure the details related to response emails and email server for your Nexudus Spaces account. By default, your account uses our email server to send emails that are generated automatically, but you can configure your own server if you want.

  • Email Server - General

Field

Description

Sender Name

Enter the name that you want to be displayed in the "From" field on emails sent automatically from your Nexudus Spaces account.

Sender email

Enter the email address that will be displayed in the "from" field on emails sent automatically from your Nexudus Spaces account.

BCC Myself

If you enable this field, a copy of each email raised on the platform will be sent to the email added to the following BCC email field.

BCC Email

Enter the email address that you want to send a copy of each email generated by the platform to.

IMPORTANT: Remember that when you enable the BCC myself option, a copy of every email from your Nexudus Spaces account will be sent.

  • Email Server - Advanced

In this section, you can configure the email server that you want to use. By default, your Nexudus Spaces account uses our email servers and you really don't need to edit this setting. Fill in the following fields if you want to use your own email settings.

Disable this option if you want to use your own email server settings instead of the default server on your Nexudus Spaces account.

Disable All Email Notifications

Enable this option if you want to disable all email notifications from your Nexudus Spaces account.

SMTP Server

The name or IP of the SMTP server you want to use.

SMTP Port

The port to use when connecting to the email server you want to use on your Nexudus account.

 

SMTP Server Name

The username to use when sending emails.

SMTP Server Password

The password to use when sending emails.

Use SSL encryption

Enable this option to use SSL encryption when connecting to the email server.

Send Test Email

Click on this button to test the settings that you have configured in the previous fields.

 

 

 

If you want to access the Features section, go to the Features tab on the dashboard, which is on the left side menu.  

In this section you can enable and disable the features that you want to be available on your space website. We'll look at the different options below.

Description
BlogEnable this option if you want the Blog to be visible on your space website.
Allow Comments

Enable this option if you want to allow users to comment on the posts on your Blog.

Auto approve commentsEnable this option if you want comments to be posted directly without prior approval by an Administrator User. Comments must be approved before they're posted on the space website when this option is not enabled.

 


 

 

Directory 

Field
Description
Directory ContentChoose which type of profiles is visible on the directory on the space website from the drop-down menu: i.e. Members, Teams or both.
Which members to display

Choose the profiles that will be visible on the directory from the drop-down menu. There are several options: all published profiles, in a price plan or all members and contacts.

Display only this spaceTick the box if you manage several spaces from your Nexudus Spaces account and you only want this one to appear on the directory.
Profile Tags ListThis field restricts the profile tags that space members and contacts can choose.

Security 

Use these settings so that users who sign up to your space can reset their password. The Auto-generate 5 Digit Access Pincodes option can be used for one-off users, for example, those who are attending an event.

Description

Tax Value

Enter the general tax value that will be applied to the coworking space in this field. It will generally be applied to all services and products invoiced via your Nexudus Spaces account, unless they have a different rate established individually.

Add Tax to Invoices

Enable this option so that Tax Rates are added to invoices for items set up on your Nexudus Spaces account (Price Plans, Resource Rates, Time Passes, Products, etc.).

Display Prices with Tax

Enable this option if you want to display the prices with VAT on the space website.

 


 

Bookings 

In this section, you can configure the general Booking settings on your Nexudus Spaces account. 

  • Bookings - Notifications

Field

Description

Send Email Confirmation

Enable this option if you want to send a confirmation email every time someone requests a Booking via the space website. Remember that you can customise the email template via System > Email Templates.

PAYG Time Pass for Members

If you want to use a specific Pay As You Go time pass for members, select it from the drop-down menu.

Do not include Booking Time

If a booking takes place during the time a user is checked in, enabling this option will discount the time of that booking off the check-in time. Only works if the Pay As You Go time pass includes a number of minutes.

Members Pay via Contract

Enable this option if you want members who are signed up to a contract to pay as they go via their contract. If not, they must pay for what they have used at the end of each daily session.

Daily Price Cap

Enter an amount in this field to set a cap on the amount that coworkers will be charged each day via pay as you go.


  • Features - Newsletters

Enable this option to automatically include members and contacts that sign up to your space on the newsletter lists.

Enable this option so that new members and contacts that sign up to your space automatically receive the community board daily digests.

Send to Members

When you enable this option, members will receive a summary with the latest news from the community board.

Send to Contacts

When you enable this option, contacts will receive a summary with the latest news from the community board.

Digest Email Subject Line

This field controls the subject line of the digest email sent via the dashboard. Edit the field if you want another email to be sent to users. Remember that dynamic values {0} (your space name) {1} (comment author) are read from the database on your Nexudus Spaces account and you must not delete them.

  • Features - Store

By default, members signed up to a price plan can purchase products and they will be invoiced with the following price plan invoice. Enable this option if you want to always raise an invoice after each purchase.

  • Features - Directory

This section controls the directory being published on the space website linked to your Nexudus Spaces account.

Directory Content

In this field, you can select the type of profile to display on the space website directory (Members, Teams or Members and Teams).

Which members to display

Choose the conditions under which a profile is published on the space website's directory. The options are as follows:

  • All published profiles (members and contacts). Select this option from the drop-down menu to display all members or contacts that have public profiles.
  • Published profiles in a price plan (members) - only display the members that have public profiles and are signed up to a price plan.
  • Everyone (members and contacts) - this option displays all profiles in the directory (members and contacts).
  • Every profile in a price plan (members) - displays all space members signed up to a price plan.

 

Display only this space

If you manage more than one coworking space from your Nexudus Spaces account, enable this option so only the one you're editing is displayed.

Profile tags list

It's a good idea to limit the number of tags that space members/contacts can choose when completing their profile. This helps make calendar searches and filtering more relevant. Write the tags you want users to choose from and separate them with commas.

Mobile App

In this section, you can configure some of the "Passport by Nexudus" iOS and Android app settings.

  • Mobile App - Available Sections

Enabled

If you disable this option, the mobile app will not be available on your Nexudus Spaces account.

Community Feed

Disable this option if you want to disable the Community Feed on the mobile app.

Directory

Disable this option if you don't want to show the directory on the mobile app.

Bookings

Disable this option if you do not want users to make bookings via the mobile app.

My Profile

Disable this option to disable the My Profile section on the mobile app.

  • Mobile App - Available Sections

As we've already mentioned, some of the mobile app features are white label, such as the layout colour. Enter the colour you want to use for the mobile app layout in this field. By default, the app takes on the main colour of the logo that you uploaded to your Nexudus Spaces account.

 

  • Mobile App - Download links

There are mobile app download links on each of the ( Android and iOS) buttons.

 


 

Access

In this section, you can set the access rights for each of the sections on your Nexudus Spaces space website. You can find more detailed information in the Access section of the Knowledge Base.

  • Integrations - Social

You can add your social media profiles to your Nexudus Spaces account in this section.

Link your Twitter account by entering your Twitter handle in this field, without the "@" sign.

Flickr account

Enter your Flickr username in this field.

Enter your Facebook account in this field so that it is displayed on your space website.

Enter the Google Analytics tracking code in this field to track how many visits are made to your space website.

Connect with Google Calendar

Click on the Connect with Google Calendar button if you want to link your Nexudus Spaces account with Google Calendar.

TwitterCounter Api Key

When you link your Twitter account with the dashboard, your Twitter followers will be displayed on the dashboard.

Twitter ID (not your Twitter Handle)

Enter the Twitter ID that you want to link to your account.

 

  • Integrations - Xero

This integration lets you connect your Xero account with Nexudus Spaces, making it easier to share data between the two platforms. For more detailed information, go to the Xero section on the Knowledge Base.

  • Integrations - MikroTik

Check-In via Wi-Fi on Nexudus Spaces can be performed using MikroTik devices (router). For more detailed information, go to the MikroTik section on the Knowledge Base.

When you link your Nexudus Spaces account with Zapier you can link with external apps like Zendesk, Trello, Slack, etc. You can access more detailed information about this integration in the Zapier section on the Knowledge Base.

Payments

In this section, you can configure different Payment settings.

  • Payments - General

In this section, you can set the payment rules for invoices that are raised from your Nexudus Spaces account.

Remind members to pay every

Enter the number of days that you would like to remind coworking space users that they have pending payments on their account.

Auto-collect payments after

This value sets the due date of new invoices this many days after they are created. You can set a value for each member or contact via their Billing details.

Create an Invoice per Space

Enable this option if you manage more than one coworking space with your Nexudus Spaces account. Those users that are registered in more than one space will receive an invoice from each of the spaces, instead of all the charges being grouped together on one invoice.

Payment Reference Format

You can find some local variants of the payment reference format in the drop-down menu.

  • Payments - Notifications

Description

Notify new users when they have a new invoice

You can customise new invoice notifications for each member or contact. If you enable this field, this setting will only be active for new members or contacts that register on your account. I.e. if someone registers and this option is disabled, the "Notify on new invoice" setting will be disabled on their account.

Notify new users when an invoice is paid

You can customise notifications sent to members or contacts when an invoice payment is made successfully. This option only affects the default settings for new members and contacts that register on the platform.

Notify new users when a payment fails

You can customise notifications sent to members or contacts to notify when an invoice payment doesn't go through successfully. This option only affects the default settings for new members and contacts that register on the platform.

Send success Reports to

Enter an email address in this field if you would like to set an email for sending payment confirmation notifications.

Send failure Reports to

Enter an email address in this field if you would like to set an email for sending payment error notifications.

  • Payments - Currency

If the currency you are using in your space for payments is different than the one set by default on your Nexudus Spaces account, choose it from the drop-down menu.

Exchange Rate

Enter the exchange rate that will be applied to the default currency on your Nexudus Spaces account and the one you want to use for payments.

Enable this option if you want to use the payment gateways set up on your account via Billing > Payment Gateways. When this option is enabled, said gateways will be used to process the payments on your account.

Remember that using payment gateways on your Nexudus Spaces account is associated with a monthly maintenance cost.

Enable this option to keep a payment card on file for contacts.

Keep payment card on file for members

Enable this option to keep a payment card on file for members.

Fill in these fields to integrate ePay with your Nexudus Spaces account.

Fill in these fields if you want to include your bank account details on the invoices generated on your Nexudus Spaces account.

Email Server

In this section, you can configure the details related to response emails and email server for your Nexudus Spaces account. By default, your account uses our email server to send emails that are generated automatically, but you can configure your own server if you want.

  • Email Server - General

Description

Sender Name

Enter the name that you want to be displayed in the "From" field on emails sent automatically from your Nexudus Spaces account.

Sender email

Enter the email address that will be displayed in the "from" field on emails sent automatically from your Nexudus Spaces account.

BCC Myself

If you enable this field, a copy of each email raised on the platform will be sent to the email added to the following BCC email field.

BCC Email

Enter the email address that you want to send a copy of each email generated by the platform to.

IMPORTANT: Remember that when you enable the BCC myself option, a copy of every email from your Nexudus Spaces account will be sent.

  • Email Server - Advanced

In this section, you can configure the email server that you want to use. By default, your Nexudus Spaces account uses our email servers and you really don't need to edit this setting. Fill in the following fields if you want to use your own email settings.

SMTP Server

The port to use when connecting to the email server you want to use on your Nexudus account.

 

SMTP Server Name

The username to use when sending emails.

SMTP Server Password

The password to use when sending emails.

Use SSL encryption

Enable this option to use SSL encryption when connecting to the email server.

Send Test Email

Click on this button to test the settings that you have configured in the previous fields.
