A good-quality gallery is the best way to impress potential coworkers. Adding photos to your Nexudus Spaces account is quick and easy. 

Good photos are great for presenting the atmosphere and personality you want to create in your space. Events and casual meetups are ideal moments for taking photos to post on your website and social media.

We recommend using a picture file with a width of 1500 pixels and height of 750 pixels so that the photo is clear.

Adding photos

  • Click on the Help button on the dashboard home page.

  • Click on the Upload some images from your space link.

  • Select all the photos you want to include on your space website. Remember that your photos will be displayed on a carousel slider, so try not to use any more than ten so that your users can view them more comfortably.


As you can see in the message in the pop-up window, you can also add your photos from the file manager within the template editor. Go to System > Web Templates > Image Gallery.

  • Finally, check what your photos look like on your space website in your Nexudus Spaces account.
