How can I recover/restore my Admin password?
Remember that to access the dashboard you must go to the URL spaces.nexudus.com. If for any reason you can't remember or you've lost your password, you can easily recover it by clicking on the Lost password? link. You must enter the email address that you signed up with and you'll receive an email with the instructions to reset it.
How can I change my account name?
If you'd like to edit the name of your account, go to System > Spaces > View details and edit the space name field in the General section. To complete the process, click on the Save button at the top right of the screen.
How can I change my coworking space's time zone or currency?
Go to System > Spaces > Details and edit the time zone and currency.
How can I delete my space website's logo?
When you have added an image as your space logo, you can replace it with another one, but you can't delete it. If you would like to delete it from your account, you can email us at Iwanttodeletemylogo@nexudus.com
